Contracts have been signed! we also chose to fast track our site start so we will be in by christmas, one little problem though, we have yet to sell our house :( after it already selling two times and falling through both times due to the buyers finance we are hoping 3rd time lucky as i really dont want to be paying for 2 houses and our land.
We have had our land for about 6 months now and cannot wait to start building on it.
we signed the contracts last night so are now waiting for some one from metricon to call us with our studio m appointment and our electrical app.
Our realestate is coming through today with a possible buyer who doesnt need to get finance approved so i have my fingers crossed.
